(North County News) - A historic house in Phoenix has gone on the market.
... The Federal-style house is on the Baltimore County Council’s final landmarks list. Surveyed in 1705 for Charles Carroll, of Annapolis, and patented in 1711, it originally was a 5,000-acre property, according to the commission’s inventory form. Link
