this is my neghibor harry we live off michalesville rd in perryman md he built it to be funny and to try to scare people who dont belong down our street it lights up at night he also has the rear of a caddillac next to it that looks like it ran into his garage
It may be the only display of creativity in the entire county - sad to say.
