American Presidents Exhibit at DC's Union Station

(C-Span) - If you live in the DC area or are planning on visiting the capital for Inauguration, stop by Union Station to see C-SPAN's American Presidents: Life Portraits exhibit. It opens today and is on display through Jan. 18 in Union Station's West Hall. Union Station is located at 50 Massachusetts Ave., NE, just three blocks north of the Capitol.
This exhibit includes oil portraits of all 43 presidents by artist Chas Fagan, accompanied by photographs and prints from each president's time in the White House. This exhibit also marks the debut of the new Barack Obama portrait. Historic front pages from American newspapers featured in the exhibit announce presidential election results, and newly added historic audio recordings from 19 recent presidents bring their careers vividly to life.
