Community unites behind Pine Grove

(North County News) - In January, when the trustees of Pine Grove United Methodist Church in Parkton presented their case for zoning variances that would allow construction of a day-care building, nobody protested in person — a fact that Deputy Zoning Commissioner Thomas Bostwick noted in a favorable decision in February.
