(YDR) Standing in the charred and smoke-ruined remains of what was his business, Ed Gotwalt tried to have a sense of humor about things.
He started Mister Ed's Elephant Museum more than 30 years ago as a way to take people's minds off the stresses of everyday life by providing a "warm, fuzzy feeling." People could come, admire his thousands of elephant statues and figurines and maybe even buy some candy at the museum's candy store and gift shop. Continued
