(YDR) - Officials at Gettysburg National Military Park failed to adequately explore alternatives before settling on demolition as the fate of the Cyclorama building, according to a report issued by a federal judge last week. And, Judge Alan Kay wrote, the park should be required to prepare an environmental-impact statement before proceeding with plans to demolish the 47-year-old building that once housed the famous Cyclorama painting.
