A dullish building, but a great wall

Asbury United Methodist Church isn't the sexiest piece of architecture on God's green earth, but that's not all that unusual. There was a time when modesty was an important consideration when constructing a church, and building materials weren't cheap back then either. As the country prospered, ostentation became less of a sin. Not that Asbury's cemetery is putting on airs, it isn't, it's just a little more attractive than its chapel, at least on the outside. It's a nice balance overall, not too drab, and not too cute.
